Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption <br />RESOLUTION #07- 08 -XXX <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE NEW CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />WHEREAS, the city of Ramsey began conducting a recruitment process for the <br />city administrator position in January 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 23, 2007 the city council selected Kurt Ulrich to serve as the <br />city's next city administrator; and <br />WHEREAS, Andrea Sims of Waters- Oldani Executive Recruitment has <br />negotiated an employment agreement with Mr. Ulrich. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Approves the terms of the attached employment agreement between Mr. Kurtis Ulrich <br />and the city of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14 day of August 2007. <br />CC: 08/14/07 <br />—242— <br />
