CASE # I I <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE NEW CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />Givonna Reed Kon6, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />On August 6, 2007, the city council discussed the draft employment agreement for the <br />new city administrator, Mr. Kurt Ulrich. Staff incorporated the city council's input into <br />the draft agreement and Andrea Sims of Waters - Oldani Executive Recruitment discussed <br />the terms with Mr. Ulrich. <br />Recommendation <br />Mr. Ulrich has accepted the terms of the employment agreement and staff recommends <br />that the city council approve Mr. Ulrich's employment agreement. <br />Funding Source <br />Costs associated with Mr. Uhich's employment agreement will be charged to the Administration <br />Budget within the General Fund Budget. <br />City Council Action <br />Motion recommending that the city council approve the terms of the attached <br />employment agreement between Mr. Kurtis Ulrich and the city of Ramsey. <br />Reviewed By: <br />Acting Interim City Administrator <br />—241— <br />
