NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />.ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Steven and Michelle Le Roy of <br />Midwest Wines Inc., d/b /a Midwest Wines, for an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, to sell <br />wine, at the property generally known as 13949 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an <br />Off -Sale Intoxicating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Jo Thieling at 763- <br />433 -9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 8, 2007. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center; the number is 763 - 427 -8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />attention Jo Thieling, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
