Voting No: None. <br />Absent: Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br />Case #6: Water Utility Improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski updated the Road and Bridge Committee on the water utility <br />improvements. He asked for action on a change order to extend the contract time two weeks for <br />the well driller (Well No. 3) because we told him to cease work so the well house contractor could <br />get in and lay pipe. We delayed the well driller that amount of time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />recommend Council approve Change Order #1, extending the contract completion date for Well <br />No. 3 for 14 calendar days at no added cost. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Zimmerman.
