<br />- 5 - <br /> <br />Owner in the ProFerty may be made only in accordance <br />with the provisions of the Governing Documents. <br /> <br />Section 3.2 Voting. Rights. The association shall have two <br /> <br />classes of voting membership. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Class A Me~bers. Class A members shall be all Owners. <br />with tne exception of the f1eclarant. Class A members' <br />shall be entitled to one v0te for each Lot of which they <br />are the Owner. When more than one person is an Own~r of <br />any L~t, all such persons shall be membe~s, but the <br />Owners of such Lot shall be collectively entitled to <br />only one vote for that Lot. When there is more than one <br />Owner of a Lot, the vote shall be cast by one person <br />designated in writing signed by aJ.l Owners of the Lot. <br />Such voting authority shall be valid until revoked in <br />writing by such Owners. <br /> <br />Class B Members. The Class B members shall be the <br />Declarant ~ho shall be entitled to three (3) votes for <br />each Lot owned. The Class B membership shall cease and <br />be converted to Class A membership upon the occurrence <br />of the earlier of the following (hereinafter called the <br />lIConversion Date"): <br /> <br />(1) When the to~al votes out~tanding in the Class A <br />membership equal the total vote~ outstanding in <br />the Class B membership, cr <br /> <br />(2) J~ly 1, 1992, <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />GENERAL RESTRIC~IONS, OBLIGATIONS, AND RIGHTS <br />OF OWNERS IN THE COMMON PROPERTY <br /> <br />Section 4.1 Owner's Ri ht and Easements of En'ovment, Etc. <br /> <br />Subject to the provisions of Section 4.2, every Owner shall have <br /> <br />the following nonexclusive, appurtenant rights and easements of <br /> <br />enjoyment over, under and upon the Common Driveway: <br /> <br /> <br />a. For ingres s or egres s to and from pub lic streets to his <br />Lot only. <br /> <br />b. For access and use of utilities such as sewer, water, <br />power and telephone. <br /> <br />c. For parking as located and constructed by the Declarant <br />and as may be reasonably limited and regulated by the <br />Association. <br />
