Councilmember Elvig indicated he supported this approval due to the <br />controls included in the motion. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon suggested Case No. 9 with the rezoning <br />action be tabled due to the southern portion of this plat that will change. The rezoning <br />can be brought back at a future meeting or at final plat approval, and it will not delay the <br />development. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed staff to discuss with the school district the plan for an extra lane <br />in front of the school. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig indicated he serves on a site Council. They recently reviewed the <br />parking lot and it was determined the lot is not as bad as many of the other schools and it <br />passes, so be doubts there are any plans for this. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to table the <br />request to rezone property from R-I Single Family Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development; Case ofMN Skyline.Partners, LLC. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Strommen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, Olson, and Pearson.
