would like to see the minutes and new items for meeting agendas a week
before the meeting, not the Friday night before the meetings. I'm not sure
how that would be fixed, but it would give time for picking up reports at
City Hall, researching new ideas and generating questions.

, 5. What would you like to see the Commission accomplish during the next
two years? .
. I would like to see an action plan developed on how to use the
Ramsey Wetland Inventory, the Ramsey Natural Resources
Inventory, any surface water data and the like.
. I would like to see an action plan developed possibly with input, but
at least reviewed by the EPB, on how the City will add new or
updated information to the City's database. Whether there be
layers to GIS or just comments made to items in the MnRAM
database. Specifically, a set of procedures. This would also include
maintenance of old or replaced data in the case of inaccuracies.
Versions for example?
. I would like to see an action plan developed possibly with input, but
at least reviewed by the EPB (to be informed), on periodic updates
and reviews of the data generated by the various inventory reports.
This would enable the review of changes over time, a very
important tool. Additionally a periodic review would lessen the
impact of inventory assessment errors. On. top of that, avoiding
paying for another full-blown inventory in 10 years would be great.
Basically just looking at a few pieces of the inventory every year or
two. Whether or not that meant using a consultant or not is another
issue.
. Would like to see chemical and biological (bacteria) testing of the
lakes and standing water wetlands to determine quality levels and
changes over time, as opposed to just looking at plant and animal
life.
. Would like to see all the GIS layer$, current and proposed, and
even historic maps. I believe if residents can see what they have,
they would be even more interested in protecting what is there. But
first they must know...

If you have any questions I can be reached at 763-441-3787 or
bobbentz@yahoo.com. Thank you.

Bob Bentz

-250-
