<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />A PATROL SERGEANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sheldon Erdman was promoted to Patrol Sergeant February 2, 2007 <br />as a result of the retirement of former Sgt. Robert Kuhn; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Erdman has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its August 28,2007 meeting agreed <br />with staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Mr. Erdman. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Sheldon Erdman, <br />effective August 2, 2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />, and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 28th day of August 2007. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Performance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Erdman 8-28-07.doc <br /> <br />-256- <br /> <br />
