<br />Councilmember Strommen stated she remembers extensive discussion regarding screening with <br />the first plan that came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Schmitt pointed out with the setback requirements they will be able to maintain quite a few <br />of the trees on the north parcel, and there is already a trail with quite an extensive setback there. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey indicated he likes the concept plan that has been presented. <br />Councilmember Look concurred. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was agreement with the proposed concept plan, and that screening will <br />be required along Ran1sey Boulevard and the residential area. <br /> <br />Mr.Schmitt stated he is fully aware and wants the Council to be aware that users on this site are <br />not determined yet. When users are determined he will bring forward a site plan with each <br />building. He tends to try to meet the Town Center commercial criteria. He is talking to a bank <br />now that is interested in a comer location.
