<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0 TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY FROM E-l EMPLOYMENT TO B-1 BUSINESS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application from TSM Development to rezone certain <br />property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 (Zoning Amendments) of the Ramsey City Code; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That TSM Development, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to <br />rezone certain property from E-I Employment to B-1 Business. <br /> <br />2. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of <br />the City Code on September 6, 2007, and said public hearing was properly advertised, and <br />the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The southern 500 feet of Outlot A, Regency Pond, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, . <br /> <br />EXCEPT <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25, that is described as follows to-wit-commencing at a <br />point on the west line of said section which point is 209 feet north of the <br />southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter bfNorthwest Quarter as measured <br />along said west line, then proceed east and parallel to the south line of said <br />section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceed north and parallel to the west <br />line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, then proceed west and parallel to <br />the fIrst course to the west line of said section, then proceed south along the <br />west line of said section point of commencement except road subject to <br />easement of record. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as <br />follows: Commencing at a point on the we,st line of said section which point is <br />209 feet north of southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest <br />Quarter as measured along said west line, thence proceed east and parallel to the <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />
