Signs in parking lots are limited to one sign per entrance and/or exit limited to four square feet for each exposed face, and may not be more than 5 feet in height. Any signs required by Federal ADA statutes are exempt from these regulations. Any additional signs in parking lots are subject to review by the Zoning Administrator. d. Number of signs. There shall be no more than one wall sign for each principal building, or two if the principal building has two street frontages. There shall be no more than one ground sign per principal building. e. Sign Height. Ground signs are limited to 10 feet in height. f. Sign Location. No signs are permitted in the public right-of-way or public easement. 9.12.07 Town Center Zoning Districts. Signage in this district is allowed as prescribed in this subdivision. When this section conflicts with other Sections of City Code, this Section prevails. a. Signs within the TC-l, TC-3, TC-4 and TC-5 Districts: 1. Wall-mounted or painted signs, provided the following standards are met: 1. The sign shall be affixed to the front falfade of the building, and shall proj ect outward from the wall to which it is attached no more than six inches. 11. The area of the sideboard shall not exceed five percent of the ground floor building Jalfade area or 24 square feet, whichever is less. iii. The height of the lettering, numbers, or graphics shall not exceed twelve inches. IV. The sign shall be granted to commercial uses occupying the ground floor of buildings facing public streets only and shall not be allocated to other uses. v. Limited to one sign per business. 77
