Interchangeable letter boards or panels. <br /> <br />9.12.07 <br /> <br />Multi-Tenant Center, Industrial Park, or Subdivision Signs <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. <br />subject to the following: . <br /> <br />Industrial or Business Park identification signs shall be <br /> <br />a. All industrial and business parksigns shall be ground or wall signs. <br /> <br />b. The gross surface area of an industrial or business parksign shall not exceed <br />one hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each exposed face <br />nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred (200) square feet <br /> <br />c. A ground industrial business park signs shall not project higher than ten <br />(10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent <br />roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Multi- Tenant Center Identification Signs <br /> <br />a. There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use 'within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br /> <br />82 <br />
