<br />c. Non-commercial speech signs are exempted from a permit fee, but must <br />obtain a permit. <br />d. Non-commercial speech signs are exempted from the 6-week maximum <br />display time for temporary signs <br /> <br />b. A window sign not exceeding thirty percent (30%) of the window area. <br /> <br />c. Interior signs which are fully located within the interior of any building or <br />stadium, or within an enclosed lobby or court of any building, or in the <br />lobby or entrance of any theater which are intended solely for information <br />. relating to the interior operation of the building in which they are located. <br /> <br />d. Non-commercial speech signs are exempted from a permit fee, but must <br />obtain a permit. <br /> <br />9.12.14 <br /> <br />Permit Application <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Application for permits shall be made upon forms provided by the <br />Zoning Administrator and shall state or have attached thereto the folloV\ring information: <br /> <br />a. The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the applicant, the owner of <br />the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, the owner of the <br />sign, and the person to be erecting or. affixing the sign. <br /> <br />b. Type of sign. <br /> <br />c. Type of construction materials to be used. <br /> <br />d. Location of building, structure or parcd to which, or upon which, the sign is <br />to be attached or erected. <br /> <br />e. Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest <br />buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and property lines, along <br />with location and square footage areas for all existing signs on the same <br />premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale." <br /> <br />f. Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of <br />construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all <br />dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and <br />details of any light shields or shades. Footing information shall be included <br />for any permanent sign attached to the ground. <br /> <br />g. Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated <br />for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other <br /> <br />85 <br /> <br />
