<br />Subd. 3. Residential Development. <br /> <br />a. In any Residential District, inside parking of licensed and/or <br />unlicensed motor vehicles and equipment, in any number, <br />commercial or private, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. In any Residential District, 00 outside parking of any motor <br />vehicle(s) and/or recreational equipment is restricted to the <br />following: equipment shall be permitted, EXCEPT as follo'NS: <br /> <br />1. 1 licensed vehicle per licensed driver in household <br />2. 2 additional licensed vehicles per household <br />3. 2 ma; or pieces of appropriatelv licensed recreational <br />equipment (i.e. R.V.. Camper. Boat. etc.), <br />4. 1 licensed collector or classic vehicle <br /> <br />c. Currently licensed and operable motor vehicles, and one <br />unlicensed and operable motor vehicle, the primary purpose of <br />which is for private transportation or recreational use may be <br />parked in the front yard if on a driveway or in the side or rear yard <br />provided. they are parked on a residential parking surface that <br />consists of either bituminous pavement or concrete, or outside the <br />boundaries of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) on a <br />minimum of recycled concrete, bituminous or prepared gravel. <br /> <br />d. Equipment, the primary purpose of which is for private or <br />personaV recreational use, may be parked in the front yard if on a <br />driveway or in the side yard on a residential parking surface of <br />either bituminous pavement or concrete, or outside the boundaries <br />of the MUSA on a minimum of recycled concrete, bituminous, or <br />prepared gravel, or in the rear yard. <br /> <br />e. Commercial use motor vehicles and equipment may be parked <br />outside for short-term periods (8 hours or less) or for long terms <br />under the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The vehicles and/or equipment shall be screened to a <br />degree of 75% at ground level view. <br />2. The vehicles and/or equipment shall be parked only on the <br />side yard or rear yard of the subject property and said items <br />shall be parked on a residential parking surface that <br />consists of either bituminous pavement or concrete, or <br />outside the boundaries of the MUSA on a minimum of con <br />bit or prepared gravel with at least 2 inch b~se. <br /> <br />94 <br />
