<br />3. Commercial use vehicles and equipment intended to be <br />parked outside that cannot meet the criteria established in <br />Items '1 and 2 above but can provide for alternatives to <br />same, shall be required to obtain an Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />f. Active agriculture vehicles and equipment necessary to sustain <br />agricultural uses are allowed and not required to be parked on <br />prepared surfaces or screened. <br /> <br />5. Private and/or commercial use type motor vehicles and equipment <br />shall not be parked on a parcel unless said personal property is <br />owned or leased by a person residing on the parcel, or owned or <br />leased by the employer of a person residing on the parcel. The <br />Minnesota Department of Motor Vehicles registration records shall <br />be used to determine the owner of registered vehicles and/or <br />equipment and said owner's address. <br /> <br />9.11.09 Off-street Parking Spaces Required. Off-street parking spaces shall be <br />provided in accordance with the specifications in this City Code in any district whenever <br />any new use is established or existing use is enlarged. Screening as described in S9.11.09 <br />herein may be required where it is necessary to protect the aesthetic characteristics of <br />residential neighborhoods (one space equals 300 square feet). <br /> <br />Subd. 1.
