<br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />SUNFISH LAKE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />On September 11,2007, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to SUNFISH <br />LAKE DEVELOPMENT, LLC ("Permittee"), whose address is P.O. Box 756, Anoka, MN 55303 <br />to construct a 11,580 square foot multi-tenant retail facility on the property located at 14100 Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard, legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block I, GATEWA YNORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 3 <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE DEVELOP~NT <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to g9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed III <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan prepared by Lampert Architects dated August 20,2007. <br /> <br />4. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal and in accordance with City Code. The City Engineering Department <br />requires the submittal of a complete paper and electronic sets of Construction Plans for review <br />and approval prior to beginning construction on the site. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by RLK Engineering, dated <br />August 23,2007. revised <br />b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways and parking lot per City standards. <br />c. Installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, and appurtenances per City <br />standards. <br />d. Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all concrete <br />and/or bituminous surfaces per City standards. <br />e.
