<br />Final Plat Review - Regency Pond 4th Addition <br />September 20, 2007 <br />Page 30f3 <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The 2007 Park Dedication fee for commercial development is $4,738.00 per acre, <br />and $3,966.00 per industrial acre. This fee will need to be paid before the City can release the final plat <br />for recording. <br /> <br />Trail DevelopmentlFees: The 2007 Trail fee for commercial/industrial development is $1,090.00 per <br />acre. This fee will need to be paid before the City can release the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />A trail is required to be constructed along the southern portion of the site. The location of the trail is <br />shown to be within the right of way of Bunker Lake Blvd. This trail should be relocated into the 20 foot <br />green space adjacent to the right of way (placement of the trail will not affect the green space <br />requirement). An easement will also be needed over this trail. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: The 2007 Sewer and Water trunk fee for commercial/industrial <br />development is $11,306.00 per acre. This fee will need to be paid before the City can release the final <br />plat for recording. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The Stormwater Management Fee will be charged as part of the Site <br />Plan approval. The 2007 rate is $4,151.00 per commercial/industrial acre. <br /> <br />The City ~ouncil ,vill be meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, September 25,2007 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive to review your final plat, comprehensive plan amendment, and rezoning <br />requests. It is strongly suggested that you or your representative be present to answer any questions that <br />may arise.
