Absent: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at <br />7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to <br />recommend that City Council adopt findings of fact that support a request for an Interim <br />Use Permit to maintain two "main" buildings (principal uses) on the property located .at <br />6760 Highway #10; <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Van Scoy, <br />Trites Rolle, Cleveland, Hunt, and Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to <br />recommend that City Council approve the request for an Iriterim Use Permit, and adopt a <br />resolution declaring terms of the same. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
