Our experience with ICWC during that time has been very positive, productive and with very <br />few complaints or issues. <br /> <br />We believe our positive experiences are a direct result of the crew leader's ability to effectively and <br />efficiently supervise and lead the 6 -10 member crew. We also believe the crews willingness to complete <br />less than desirable tasks, that otherwise would have to be completed by Park & Forestry staff, has <br />contributed to a productive and pleasant experience. The quarterly reports that we receive from you are a <br />good indication of the amount of work that is completed on a regular basis, which is the result of a <br />competent leader and hard working crew. <br /> <br />Thank you for the' opportunity to contract with the DOC for the ICWC.
