SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #07-XX has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. It is the intent and the effect of the Ordinance #07-XX to amend Ramsey <br />City Code Chapter 5 (Municipal-Regulations) by adding Section 5.20 (Ultimate fighting) <br />to ban the activity of such events in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
