<br />Board Member Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-08-180 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0803 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO THE SIXTY (60) FOOT BUFFERY ARD <br />REQUIREMENT AND THE TWENTY (20) FOOT PARKING AND PAVING SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENT IN THE E-l EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TSM Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for a variance from Section 9.20.24 regarding minimum bufferyard <br />requirements and minimum parking and paving setback requirements in the E-I Employment <br />District on the property generally located on Ramsey Blvd and Bunker Lake Blvd and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Portion of Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to <br />easement of record <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25, that is described as follows to-wit-commencing at a <br />point on the west line of said section which point is 209 feet north of the <br />southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured <br />along said west line, then proceed east and parallel to the south line of said <br />section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceed north and parallel to the west <br />line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, then proceed west and parallel to <br />the first course to the west line of said section, then proceed south along the <br />west line of said section point of commencement except road subject to <br />easement of record. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as <br />follows: Commencing at a point on the west line of said section which point is <br />209 feet north of southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest <br />Quarter as measured along said west line, thence proceed east and parallel to the <br />south line of said section for a distance of 209 feet thence proceed south and <br />parallel to west line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceed <br />west and parallel to first course to the west line of said section thence proceed <br />north along west line of said section to point of commencement, Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25, except road subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />
