<br />"~\1~ ~[pa 6 ,007 <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 10 1854239 <br /> <br />1995789.007 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-08-189 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE AN ALTERNATIVE HEALING CLINIC ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14341 POTASSIUM STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS <br />OF FACT #0804 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #07-08-188 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0804 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />. On July 6th, 2007 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Jeff Anderson ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish and alternative <br />healing clinic withinthe principal dwelling on the property generally known as 14341 Potassium <br />Street NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Chestnut Hill 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of an alternative <br />healing clinic within the principal dwelling located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the CitY Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />. total floor area .of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br />
