<br />5. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />8. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />9. Merchandise not 'considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offen~d for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />10. The Pemiit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />12. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />13. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other <br />than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling; and, furthermore, <br />that not more than one room may be used for such purpose. <br /> <br />14. The hours of operation shall be limited to 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Sunday. <br /> <br />15.
