<br />Public Notice <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Welcome to Ramsey's New City Administrator <br />Kurt Ulrich! <br /> <br />Mr. Ulrich began his work <br />as City Administrator in Ramsey <br />on September 17 after serving as <br />the City Administrator in Mounds <br />View since 2003. Prior to 2003, <br />Kurt served in state government as <br />the DNR Assistant Commissioner <br />under the Ventura Administration. <br />From 1985 to 1999, he was with the <br />City of Champlin, serving as Com- <br /> <br />munity Development Director for <br />four years and City Administrator for <br />ten years. Kurt's educational back- <br />ground includes a Bachelor of Arts <br />in Urban Studies from University of <br />Minnesota - Duluth, a Master of Arts <br />in Urban and Regional Studies from <br />MN State University - Mankato, and <br />a Master of Business Administration <br />from the University of St. Thomas, <br /> <br />1\~PPY <br />~ ~l ~ Happy Days Article <br />~ ~ ? The Police Reserve Unit <br />consists of dedicated volunteers who <br />operate in a non-sworn capacity as- <br />sisting the Ramsey Police Department <br />with uniformed preventative patrols, <br />special events, and community polic- <br />ing details. The Police Reserve Unit <br />also performs many other non-li- <br />censed duties related to police worl( <br />and public safety. <br />Applicants must be 18 years <br />of age, possess a high school diploma <br />or GED and have a valid MN driver's <br />license.
