Ordinance #07 -10- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO T� � THE WHICH COB�OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />REGULATIONS CHAP OTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 5.08 (PUBLIC NUISANCE) OF CITY <br />CODE <br />The City of Ramsey ordains <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 ADDITIONS. The following language is hereby added as Section 5.08.04 <br />(hh) of City Code: <br />Tracks and trails for riding motor vehicles are not allowed in a residential area unless said <br />track or trail is; <br />1. 1000 feet from any residence except that of the owner; and <br />2. At least 50 feet from property lines, public streets, utilities, or easements. <br />SECTION 3 REPEALS. The following language is hereby repealed: <br />The entirety of Section 5.08.04 (I), which states "all public exposure of persons having a <br />contagious disease." <br />SECTION 4 SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #07-10- been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br />
