Box 756 <br />Anoka, MN 55303 <br />Dear Mr. Wayman; <br />As you know, the Anoka County Highway Department will be reconstructing the <br />intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard (CSAH 57) and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAII <br />116) in 2011. Part of the work includes raised median channelization. Median <br />construction is necessary to improve the safety of our County and local roadway system. <br />This will eliminate the ability to make ANY left-hand turning movements into your <br />property. A letter from Anoka County is attached outlining the improvement plans. <br />As a part of your site plan approval, the City is requesting that you construct right - <br />in/right -out only access configurations in anticipation of the median construction. These <br />configurations have been shown on your submitted site plan. Additionally, the City is <br />requesting that a copy of this letter and the letter from Anoka County be given to any and <br />all potential tenants.
