APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Holland to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: None. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that he believes the request for the City Attorney to research multi- <br />family developments needing a PUD zoning is missing fi.om the Monthly Status Report as an <br />action item. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve the Planning <br />Commission minutes of January 7, 1997, as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: None. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted the Police Chiefs resignation was reported in the City Council <br />regular meeting minutes dated January 14, 1997. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular meeting at 7:56 p.m. in order to conduct the following <br />public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for a conditional use permit to grade and export soils; case of Eric Thomsen. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular meeting back to order at 8:43 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case/ti: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Grade and Export Softs; Case of <br />Eric Thompson <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that modifications to the submitted plan must show the two <br />phases for only 50 percent of top soil to be stockpiled at one time. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden requested that the permit reference the submitted plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thorud noted that no drainage is shown on the western side of the property. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/February 4, 1997 <br /> Page 2 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
