Motion by Commissioner Deemer, to amend Condition No. 9 to require the contractor to clean <br />County Road 63 of debris and dirt as needed. <br /> <br />Discussion: Commissioner Holland asked the distance length that would have to be cleaned. <br />Chairperson Bawden stated that the amended language is too vague. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski suggested amending the motion to state that the contractor shall remove <br />accumulations from the roadway as directed by the City Engineer, even though in his opinion he <br />believes this matter is the County's responsibility. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that if road cleanup is not under City authority, he would not vote <br />for the amendment. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden stated that the same language should be used for the hauling permit on <br />County Road 57. <br /> <br />The motion was not seconded and did not carry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Deemer to add County Road 5 and <br />T.H. 47 to be cleaned on a daily basis. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Deemer, Holland, <br />Jensen, Terry, and Thorud. Voting no: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case/12: <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Approval of Apple Ridge; Case of Good Value <br />Homes <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported submittal of a sketch plan for approval from Mr. John <br />Peterson representing Good Value Homes. The plat consists of approximately 60 acres located <br />within MUSA and eligible for development of 180 lots. The proposal is to develop 147 lots. At <br />the time of the preliminary plat approval, the City will verify compliance with all code <br />requirements.
