Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Request for an Interim Use Permit to Allow Two "Main" <br />Buildings (principal Uses) on one Lot; Case of GGJ Properties <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt closed the regular portion of the Planning Commission meeting at 7:41 p.m. in <br />order to call the public hearing to order. <br /> <br />Public Hearine: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the public hearing to order at 7:41 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner DaInes stated that the City received an application from GGJ Properties for an <br />Interim Use Permit to utilize both buildings on the property located at 6760 Highway 10 as "main <br />buildings." There are currently two buildings on the property, but one is considered the principal <br />structure that houses an office/showroom for Bennettt Cooper Flooring and one is currently used <br />as warehouse supply space that is accessory to the principal structure.
