E. <br />Director of Public Works <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Brian, <br /> <br />As we discussed with you and Pat Trudgeon recently, PSD, LLC is requesting an <br />extension of time for the final lift on Peridot Street. We are asking for this extension as <br />you are aware that this street was never completed by the original developer. PSD, LLC <br />as the secondary developer took on the task in order to occupy their new building. <br /> <br />It is apparent that the project eventually is headed for another developer to take over and <br />the cost of this street should be shared with whoever that developer might be. The road <br />only services the Ramsey Office Plaza at his time. We are respectfully seeking your <br />approval to extend the installation of the fmallift at this time. <br /> <br />We have requested the signage be competed and the roadway be made ready for snow <br />plows by Rehbein Companies. They will be competing that work in the next two weeks. <br />PSD, LLC still has a cash deposit at the City of Ramsey to cover this work. <br /> <br />Please respond at your earliest convenience.
