Ms. Terryovare,C' 6015-158th Lane, asked i£T.H.~t47 would be used as the access for the removal <br />of trees and all material. She asked how much dirt and how many trees were being removed from <br />the site and if the site would be landscaped. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated this request was in regard to the export of soil from the site and did <br />not relate to the trees. He noted there was a tree preservation plan submitted with the preliminary <br />plat and it was his understanding that trees would only be cleared as necessary to allow for placement <br />of streets attd walk-out lots. <br /> <br />Ms. Svare asked how the oak wilt on the site would be dealt with. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated the applicant will utilize standard oak wilt prevention techniques. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Deemer to close the public hearing <br />at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
