7. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment -and materials. <br />8. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br />9. Merchandise not considered accessory to -the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br />10. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br />12. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />13.
