• Identify opportunities to utilize, either passively or actively, the significant natural <br />resources the regional trail corridor offers, and reconcile municipal parks planning <br />with the National Park Service. <br />• Examine potential pedestrian connections within the trail corridor to the Ramsey <br />Town Center, the transit facility, and other key locations including the feasibility of <br />a pedestrian overpass on Highway 10, and improved at -grade intersections. <br />• Discuss policies to effectively connect the proposed regional trail with other regional <br />park infrastructure, with emphasis on the Three Rivers Park District. <br />-185- <br />
