Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #07-
<br />1.0 -274 to approve the comprehensive plan amendment for Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North
<br />Industrial Park No. 3 (Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Development), contingent upon developing
<br />the southern lot in. accordance with an approved site plan for the southern lot; and authorize staff
<br />to submit the comprehensive plan amendment to the Metropolitan Council.
<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look,
<br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
<br />Case #9; Request for Zoning Amendment from E -1 Employment to B -1 Business for
<br />14100 Sunfish Lake Boulevard; Case of Sunfish Lake Development, LLC
<br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve Resolution
<br />#07 -10 -275 adopting Findings of Fact #0813 relating to a request from the applicant to rezone
<br />the property described as Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 3 ( Outlot A and Lot
<br />1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Development) from E -1 Employment to B -1 Business.
<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Olson, Dehen, Jeffrey,
<br />Look, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
<br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to introduce an ordinance
<br />to rezone Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 3 (or upon recording, Outlot A and
<br />Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Development) from E -1 Employment to B -1 Business, contingent
<br />upon Metropolitan Council approval of the land use change and developing the property in
<br />accordance with an approved site plan.
<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Olson, Dehen, Jeffrey,
<br />Look, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
<br />Case #11: Request for Site Plan Review of Sunfish Centre; Case of Sunfish Lake
<br />Development, LLC
<br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the proposed
<br />site plan for Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Development, contingent upon compliance with City
<br />Staff Review Letter dated July 27, 2007, revised September 7, 2007 and addressing the
<br />architectural detail shown by applicant and other recommendations from City staff.
<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look,
<br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
<br />Case #12: Introduction of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Lot 1, Block 4,
<br />Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2
