<br />Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 07-09-262 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF REGENCY POND FOURTH <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TSM Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br />for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement of record <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25, that is described as follows to-wit-commencing at a point on the west <br />line of said section which point is 209 feet north of the southwest comer of said <br />Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured along said west line, then <br />proceed east and parallel to the south line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, <br />thence proceed north and parallel to the west line of said section for a distance of 209 <br />feet, then proceed west and parallel to the first course to the west line of said section, <br />then proceed south along the west line of said section point of commencement except <br />road subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the west line of said section which point is 209 feet north <br />of southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured <br />along said west line, thence proceed east and parallel to the south line of said section <br />for a distance of 209 feet thence proceed south and parallel to west line of said section <br />for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceed west and parallel to first course to the west <br />line of said section thence proceed north along west line of said section to point of <br />commencement, Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, except road subject to easement <br />of record. <br /> <br />(the 'Subject Property'); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 29, 2007 the City received a preliminary application for Regency Pond <br />4th Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 2, 2007, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 28, 2007, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />contingencies that included receipt of a variance to cul-de-sac size requirements, receipt of a <br />
