<br />comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning for the southern half of the property, and verification of <br />adequate drainage and utility easements during site plan review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 6, 2007 the Board of Adjustment granted a variance to cul-de-sac <br />size requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />September 13,2007, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment, and that <br />a trail be constructed within the plat boundary along Bunker Lake Blvd; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 7, 2007, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for <br />Regency Pond 4th Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Regency Pond 4th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: . <br /> <br />1. Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated September 20, 2007 <br />2. Verification of adequate drainage and utility easements during site plan review <br />3. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Look, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09-262 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
