Elmer Kuemper, the applicant's spouse,
advised the barn would be reduced to a sufficient size to allow for a 1,536 sq. fL new accessory
building.

Commissioner Jensen questioned the number of horses being kept on Ms. Kuemper's property and
inquired specifically what would be stored in the proposed accessory building. Mr. Kuemper stated
there are presently five horses on the parcel, two of which are foals and are to be sold. He indicated
they will only keep three horses on the property. He added that the accessory building will house
miscellaneous equipment and collector automobiles, which they restore and maintain for personal use.

Planning Commission/November 4, 1997
