Motion by C0un¢ilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to authorize execution of a settlement ~gre4ement with the City of Anoka for the right of entry agreement entered into on July 11, 995I. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Elvig, Kurak, Cook, Pearson, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Case #15: i Report from Public Works Committee The Public W,~ork~ Committee met on May 20, 2003, and discussed the following six cases: Case A: I Tiger Street Speed Reduction Request The Public W[ork$ Committee recommended that a case be prepared for the June 17, 2003 Public Works Comn]jtte~ meeting, and that all the properties within 350 feet of Tiger Street be notified.
