I ' Mayor Gam~c r~cessed the regular meeting of the City Council at 9:12 p.m. Mayor Gam~c c~tlled the regular meeting of the City Council back to order at 9:20 p.m. Zimmerman, Case #5: P~lblic Hearing: Request for Vacation of Easements; Case of Oak Creek Builders Mayor Gam¢c ca~llcd the public hearing to order at 9:20 p.m. Presentation~ Associate Pl~tnn~r Wald stated that the City Council would be reviewing the preliminary plat of Alpine Acres at iheir June 24, 2003 meeting. The property being platted as part of Alpine Acres included underl3~ng drainage and utility easements that were platted as part of the single family residential L~ttz J~amsey Acres subdivision. Now the property is being proposed to be replatted as a townho~se ~evelopment, which will contain new drainage and utility easements around all common aretls,; ~ainage ponds, and public utilities. City staff recommended introduction of the ordinance to ~acate existing easements. Citizen Inpu~ There was nolae. Motion by C~un~ilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to close the public hearing. Motion by C{~une[ilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to introduce an ordinance o vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Lutz Ramsey Acres subdivision, contingent u >n review by the City Attorney to verify that easements for Alpine Drive are not vacated.
