Voting No: None. <br /> I ' <br />Mayor Gam~c r~cessed the regular meeting of the City Council at 9:12 p.m. <br />Mayor Gam~c c~tlled the regular meeting of the City Council back to order at 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Zimmerman, <br /> <br />Case #5: P~lblic Hearing: Request for Vacation of Easements; Case of Oak Creek <br /> Builders <br /> <br />Mayor Gam¢c ca~llcd the public hearing to order at 9:20 p.m. <br />Presentation~ <br />Associate Pl~tnn~r Wald stated that the City Council would be reviewing the preliminary plat of <br />Alpine Acres at iheir June 24, 2003 meeting. The property being platted as part of Alpine Acres <br />included underl3~ng drainage and utility easements that were platted as part of the <br /> single <br /> family <br />residential L~ttz J~amsey Acres subdivision. Now the property is being proposed to be replatted <br />as a townho~se ~evelopment, which will contain new drainage and utility easements around all <br />common aretls,; ~ainage ponds, and public utilities. City staff recommended introduction of the <br />ordinance to ~acate existing easements. <br /> <br />Citizen Inpu~ <br /> <br />There was nolae. <br /> <br />Motion by C~un~ilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. ¥oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Strommen, Pearson, Cook, <br />Kurak, and Z merman.
