Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #20: i 3{2 Percent Malt Liquor License Renewal <br /> <br />City Admini trator Norman stated that on June 10, 2003, City Council approved 3.2 percent malt <br />liquor licen~ r&newals; however the request for Oasis' renewal was contingent upon staff <br />receiving th~ pal~erwork in time. The paperwork was not received, therefore, the license was not <br />approved at ~at eeeting. The application has now been received and deemed in order. <br />Motion by un~Cilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve 3.2 <br />percent malt liqubr license renewals for Oasis Market #535 for 2003-2004 license year. <br /> <br />Motion camqd, yoting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Zimmerman, Pearson, Cook, <br />Kurak, and Slron~men.
