<br />Councilmember Jeffrey stated that this property has been before the City Council many times <br />and he is concerned about possible commercial expansion and noted that if left as is, something <br />like a Jiffy Lube c'ould go in that would have evening hours. <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson asked if the plans had been scaled down from the previous proposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Murphy stated that the plans had been revised and are now for twin homes, not t0wn homes. <br />He stated that twin homes are a step between town homes and single family homes and stated <br />that they revised, the plans to try to fmd something t be more acceptable to the <br />neighbors, He stated that the upits are approximately 1 the main level with an <br />additional 800 sq. ft. of upstairs /basement area. <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig' noted that the neighbor <br />would diminish their land values.
