" <br />\!_~; '/,'--' t! ~ ~ <br />~ ~lO-V <br /> <br />f'''b <br /> <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record ID 1862474 <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />-w <br /> <br />1996396.006 <br /> <br />Chairperson Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09-209 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL BUILDING AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Donald Hassler (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory building nearer the front <br />property line than the principal building on the property generally known as 6660 13 7th Avenue <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 16, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, except that part platted as Riverside West, Subject <br />to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 6, <br />2006, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 ofthe Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0806, a variance to construct an accessory building nearer <br />the front property line than the principal building on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory building constructed on the Subject Property shall not be located any <br />closer than 30 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That the exterior finish of the proposed building shall complement the principal building and <br />include architectural features such as soffit, fascia, and eave overhang. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory building. ',' , . <br />
