That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless such use is <br />permitted in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That the existing garden shed shall be moved back to be no closer to the front property line <br />than the new accessory building. <br /> <br />8. That the existing tent structure being used for storage shall be removed from the property <br />when the new accessory structure is complete. <br /> <br />9. That the existing tent structure being used as a carport shall be removed within 5 years of the <br />date of the issuance of this variance (September 6, 2007). <br /> <br />10. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by September 6, 2008 <br />and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br /> <br />The motion. for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Levine, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Van Scoy <br />Board Member Levine <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Cleveland <br />Board Member Hunt <br />Board Member Nixt <br />Board Member Trites Rolle <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 6th day of September, 2007. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09-209 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
