That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless such use is <br />permitted in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That the existing garden shed shall be moved back to be no closer to the front property line <br />than the new accessory building. <br /> <br />8. That the existing tent structure being used for storage shall be removed from the property <br />when the new accessory structure is complete. <br /> <br />9. That the existing tent structure being used as a carport shall be removed within 5 years of the <br />date of the issuance of this variance (September 6, 2007). <br /> <br />10.
