<br />Business <br />Licensing <br />Ensures Quick <br />Response <br />From City <br /> <br />All businesses operating in <br />the city of Ramsey must apply for a <br />Business License annually (formerly <br />the Business Registration Certificate), <br />which, in an emergency situation, <br />gives police and fire responders cru- <br />cial information that they will need <br />about the location to respond quickly <br />and efficiently. A business list is also <br />generated from our licensing system <br />which is used for business mailings <br />and placed on our web site provid- <br />ing contacts for individuals seek- <br />ing referrals to Ramsey businesses. <br />Renewals are sent out in November <br />and processed in December for 2008. <br />Business License applications can be <br />found on the city web site at www. <br />ci.ramsey.mn. us/licensing. asp. Polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and <br />close at 8:00 p.m. The School Districts combine polling places, therefore, you <br />may not be voting in your regular polling place.
