Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has submitted a letter of resignation <br />effective November 21, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has requested authorization to begin the recruitment process for a new <br />Community Development Director immediately.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Accepts staff's recommendation to do the following: accept the resignation of the Community <br />Development Director; direct staff to begin the recruitment process to fill the Community <br />Development Director position; grant staff authorization to use up to $5,000 for assessments, <br />background checks and travel related expenses for the recruitment process for a new Community <br />Development Director; and. establish an external interview panel to include the.
