Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />The City has negotiated a TIF agreement with Diamond Team Properties, LLC. As a part of the <br />transaction, the city is to convey title to: Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth <br />Addition The property to be conveyed is Torrens property and a resolution authorizing its sale is <br />necessary to complete the sale. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed Resolution. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution No. 07-_ which is an resolution authorizing the sale. of : Lot 2, Block <br />1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br />CG 11.13.07 <br />
