Council member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION N0.07-11- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF Agreement") with Diamond Team Properties, LLC, on November 13, 2007; WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement is the land to be conveyed to Diamond Team Properties; LLC and which property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of November 13, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the November 13, 2007 Contract for Private Development between the City and Diamond Team Properties, a limited liability company and that the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to convey said title. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council the ATTEST: Mayor City Administrator
