Council member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.07-11- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park <br />Fourth Addition <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Diamond Team Properties, LLC, on November 13, 2007; <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement is the land to be conveyed to <br />Diamond Team Properties; LLC and which property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish <br />Lake Business Park Fourth Addition <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of November 13, 2007. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition <br />may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the November 13, 2007 Contract for Private <br />Development between the City and Diamond Team Properties, a limited liability company and that <br />the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to <br />convey said title. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />
