Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat of ,Sunfish Lake Business Park 4t'' Addition, <br />contingent upon the City Staff Review Letter dated October 26, 2007, revised November 9, 2007. <br />The Planning Commission met on November 1, 2007, reviewed the sketch plan and <br />.recommended that the applicant move forward to the final plat stage.
