WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 1, 2007, conducted a <br />public hearing, and recommended. that the Ramsey .City Council approve the request for an <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves/denies the request for a land use designation <br />change of the_Subject Property from Places to Shop to Low Density Residential. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council. hereby authorizes City .Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to he .2002 Comprehensive Plan <br />to change the land use designation to Medium Density Residential. <br />3) That -this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of <br />notification of approval from the Metropolitan Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the. foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following. voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City.
