effort to retain the core components of the vision, for example, mixed use development, <br />pedestrian friendly, transit-oriented, quality aesthetics and quality amenities. <br />There was a consensus of the Councilmembers that were present to support the talking points <br />distributed by City Administrator Ulrich. <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he has been pleasantly surprised to note that the residents do not have a <br />negative feeling about Ramsey Town Center but have been asking questions about when it will <br />be developed and when some restaurants will be put in. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated .that the Fire Department has a live burn training session <br />scheduled for -8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at the property on the north side of <br />Highway 10 directly across from the weigh station (9349 Highway #10 NW).
